Notice the good.
Keep the little details that made your visit feel special.
A memorable meal. A warm welcome. A small detail that could be better next time.
Little Local Hero gives those moments a home. Write a Hero Note with something you loved, a useful suggestion, or both. “Something I loved” is shown publicly without your name. Suggestions and conversations are shared only with approved restaurant members.
Share one idea.
Offer a thoughtful suggestion without turning it into a public review.
Stay connected.
Return to your notes and see when a restaurant has acknowledged them.
Kind words and honest ideas belong together.
Our aim is to help people and local restaurants build stronger relationships through thoughtful feedback. A note doesn’t have to be all praise to be helpful.
